The large Fleetwood Community Centre includes a gym and is located at the corner of 159 Street and 84 Avenue. Operated by the City of Surrey Parks & Recreation, its main features are a fitness room filled with state-of-the-art equipment and a weight room with strength machines and free weights. Amenities at the centre consist of multiple lounges, multi-purpose rooms for classes or meetings, locker rooms, showers, drinking water stations, and WiFi.

Daily drop-in classes and activities include ZUMBA, Yoga, Fit 55+, Circuit Training 55+, BodySculpt, and Core Conditioning. Senior drop-in activities include bingo, card games, knitting, and coffee socials.
